Once we got the body off of the trailer, we put the body on to the rotisserie. Ray had to make brackets to connect the front of the car to the rotisserie. As you can see, putting the body on this will make it much easier to do painting and body work. |
| Another shot of the car on the rotisserie. We were listening to the NASCAR race during all of this and I decided to paint a number on the car. And since I'm a big Jeff Gordon fan I couldn't force myself to put any other number than the 24 on the car. I think Ray thought I was sniffing too many POR-15 fumes. | ![]() |

| Here's a picture of the car rotated 90 degrees. I was able to then take an air hose with a blower nozzle attached to it and try to get as much residual sandblasting sand out of the car. I think I spent an hour blowing out every nook and cranny in the car and still was unable to get it all out. | ![]() |

Here's a good shot of the underside of the car. As you can see, most of the undercoating was still attached to the bottom of the body. |
