Here's Ray applying POR-15 to the frame.  The frame had been sandblasted just an hour or so before so there wasn't any prep work needed to be done to the metal.

Here I am POR-15ing the suspension parts and drive shaft.  Note that I am not wearing gloves... big mistake.

Here I am getting a painting lesson from Ray's son Cam.  

You can also see the king pins sitting on the frame.  They were also painted with POR-15.
This is what the frame looked like after we were done.  This finish isn't only great looking it's also durable... I won't have to worry about rocks chipping this when I drive it because you could pound on this with a hammer and all you'll probably end up doing is dulling the finish.
